Audio Visual (A/V)
Our BravoAVL team specializes in professional Audio-Visual-Lighting (AVL) solutions designed specifically for nonprofit fundraisers and corporate events. Our experienced BravoAVL team is trained in Fundraising-Focused AVL — a specialized service that helps maximize guest engagement and support fundraising goals.
We help set the tone for success by ensuring the room is quiet when it matters most, that every guest can clearly hear announcements and speeches, and that all visual content is displayed seamlessly on screens throughout the ballroom. Through expert strategy, pre-planning, and execution, we create an environment of excellence and service.
All A/V packages are custom quotes, all service solutions include a switcher, multi-media asset organization, and all cables as needed (including gaff tape, splitters/accelerators/HDMI/SDI cables) these are for services that are typical to the client partner’s request. All packages offer a minimum of 3 continuous event hours with each additional available.
